i get that it's nice... but when you work in the health & social care sector and see how underfunded it is due to cuts tories have made, receiving a round of applause from the nation that just gave these tories their biggest majority since thatcher feels... beyond parody

if you truly care, invest financially in carers, care homes + not-for-profit organisations that support carers and users of care services. i just need you to know that going outside and clapping for carers does little-to-nothing for the people you're pefrormatovely supporting
