Parents and athletes, Coach Scruggs and I received official word this morning that regardless of if we return to school this year or not, TRACK AND OTHER SPRING SPORTS ARE CANCELED. It is very unfortunate news, but this was the decision the county decided to make.

As your coaches, we are incredibly upset with this news, but we have to accept the decision that was made.

In terms of turning in uniforms, we will give you information when the county decides what the best course of action is for this.

Athletes, please continue to check Google Classroom (fhwjjsj) and this thread multiple times each week just to keep up with Coach Scruggs and me. We will be posting workout routines, instructional videos, and just comments to spark conversation with you all.

We miss being out on the track with you each day, and still want to remain connected with you, even if it has to be virtual at this time.

8th graders, please continue to check in as well. You're 8th grade season has ended prematurely, but your relationship with your coaches has not and never will. You're potential future as a high school track and field athlete also has not come to an end, so keep working!
