He did it again. Doug comforted Ontarians and did it well. He& #39;s the only leader who knows how to deliver empathy with a hard lesson. Most can& #39;t do it.

Raw instinct for Doug.

I& #39;m a health communicator but in this moment Doug is schooling me. A must for the "Do This" reel. https://twitter.com/Gray_Mackenzie/status/1245767531207499778">https://twitter.com/Gray_Mack...
I don& #39;t see Doug& #39;s wins coming.

I learn something new each time.

So far for this Pandemic, Ford delivers empathy best among Cdn heads of govt IMO.

His empathy register when other leaders don& #39;t. We feel it.
Keep in mind, Canada& #39;s Pandemic Comms deserves low grades so that& #39;s not saying a lot?

I don& #39;t blame polls for it tho. I really don& #39;t.
FYI my only mission with pandemic is:
*What comms went well? Why was it good?
*What failed and how did we get there
*Were they repeat SARS Fails? If yes why?
*Did we apply anything we learned in prepandemic drills? Anything at all? One thing?
*What impact did comms have on cases?
You& #39;ll note this exercise is about defeating a virus, and comms lessons.

The goal is using comms to help save the most lives we can.

Refusing to learn from Doug Ford& #39;s effective responses makes it more likely we fail again, killing even more people needlessly.
Ahem.

This thread is about pandemic learning.

Defeating Doug Ford is not a pandemic strategy for saving lives during a pandemic.

If you need me to tell you Doug Ford is a bad premier each time I mention him...
