I'm curious about something. Are there any other people who feel more exhausted from a series of virtual meetings than they do after a series of in person meetings?
I literally feel as though my brain is processing things differently and working harder to do so.

And its not like I have MORE people interactions!
When I’m in person, my focus can drift. My gaze can drift. But virtually, I have to pay more visual and auditory attention.

In group in person meetings, you focus on the speaker, but in virtual calls you can be looking at everyone—including analyzing yourself!
