NEW: @GovBillLee has now issued stay at home order, citing Department of Transportation data showing Tennesseans were not doing that.

While @GovBillLee’s executive order earlier this week was “urging” Tennesseans to stay home, today’s will be “requiring” them to do so, his office says.

Don’t have details yet or info on how this will change which businesses can remain open.

Asked about enforcement of the stay at home order, Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee says they'll "watch this over the weekend" and "take necessary steps for enforcement as we see them."

Does not appear there is an immediate enforcement plan in place.
