Shit was no joke though, I felt like an elephant was on my chest, I called my PCP and he told everything I was doing is beyond helpful. He even told me don’t go to hospital they won’t help. I had fevers chills couldn’t breathe all of the symptoms.

You have to drink hot water on hour every hour. I set a timer on my phone to do so it was annoying and more annoying that I didn’t want my parents near me risking them to get sick. But you gotta do it.

Please do it no cold beverages. Every time I got a fever Tylenol and threw my ass in the shower. ALSO LYSOL your room wash your bed sheets. If you have an air humidifier use it. If you can afford one buy one! I also bought this as well that really helped

I used @WakeWithMarley remedy starting off. I felt like I couldn’t get no phlegm out so I then proceeded to doing the whole Spanish orange peel thing.

Literally I’m prone to getting bronchitis and pneumonia once twice a year and this shit proved bronchitis and pneumonia ain’t nothing.
