I get the distrust of Zoom but watching seattle public schools transition from Zoom (working smoothly) to Teams (much fussier) has been painful.

Maybe just let teachers use what works right now while they are busy reinventing their curricula & then tighten up the IT screws later
I have run serious IT for schools (& in business) so I'm not speaking completely out of turn here.

What's happening here is that teachers are now live, untrained IT support for their students. It's always sort of been like this but the problem is now seriously exacerbated.
