missing in the long canon of artists who've attempted to cover this song, & it's been reborn recently enough into the zeitgeist to render it still relevant... and if you're inclined to dismiss this suggestion, i want you to consider his vocal run with rachael price at newport and

translate THAT to this song & understand how HIS voice particularly lends itself to what's required to do the song justice;
it'd be devastating & actly just needs to exist in the cultural scripture of this or any future year of our lord;
