Welcome to tonight& #39;s #SWjoinin for social work academics and students to share, conflab and plot. How is everyone? Don& #39;t forget to keep & #39;em professional, public and kind. I& #39;ve just come off the @SWANsocialwork and @IFSW Live Facebook anyone else?
It was a incredible witnessing of social work globally to the #COVIDー19 crisis - a call for social work as social movement. Really powerful #SWjoinin
We have been promised another in a fortnight which given this attracted an audience of over 1000 I am sure it will widely tuned into. So please follow the @SWANsocialwork and @IFSW pages along with @BASW_UK and let& #39;s hear how social work is supporting and collaborating #SWjoinin
I don& #39;t know about you but this week has felt heavier than the last. Perhaps the realisation that this new way of working is most likely here to stay for some time #SWjoinin how has working at home been for you?
For me it hasn& #39;t been too difficult an adjustment but it has meant I am out of sync with the systems I had in place in the workplace. I feel fortunate to have the space to work and know others are not in a similar position. Please look out for others and notice #SWjoinin
Quiet tonight. Please know this thread stays open so if you join at a different time you are more than welcome to contribute/moan/or ask for resources. So far these last few weeks we have spoken about collaborations, resource shares and which to avoid. #SWjoinin
