NICE Covid-19 guidance says: "Any patient aged under 65, or patient of any age with stable long-term disabilities (for example, cerebral palsy), learning disabilities or autism: do an individualised assessment of frailty. Do not use CFS [Clinical Frailty Scale] score."
It talks about "likelihood that person will recover to an outcome that is acceptable to them". Strongly suggest people read the guidelines before panicking: https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/ng159/chapter/2-Admission-to-critical-care
Nowhere does it suggest that clinical decisions should be made on basis of people "not being worth treating".
