Oh today has been so tough.

Making difficult decisions about furloughing brilliant, dedicated, passionate staff @TLC_Charity today.

Doing everything we can to keep services running so our counselling, domestic abuse, Strive, mediation & community services are all still running but we are reducing our infrastructure as much as possible.

It's tough on those who are going & those who are staying.

Our team want to fight with us to deliver the very best that we can.

Those who won't be furloughed will have exponentially more work to do.

We've had tears, so many tears. But also so much grace, compassion & understanding.

It's ludicrous that we still have no package of support for charities.

It's ludicrous that our team can't volunteer to help us when we need them most.

We need action for the people we are here to serve and we need it today.
