ok content warning for the rest of this thread it's musing on food habits and like hunger v satiety and what kind of habits to build in ~these uncertain times ~
my problem tho, cf eggs and any nut fat, is more about tuning my concept of "filling" and "enough" with fats cause it just doesn't hit like i feel it ought to w/r/t portions
the real shit is i prob shld commit to eating an amt of carbs beyond what i normally do even tho that feels too much? mb get back to the old uneasy feeling of like "im full... feels like shit" in favor of kicking my appetite preservation model which makes for p constant eating
seems unhealthy to maintain this spinach/other veg habit in the same way that i maybe should get used to letting myself be a lil less hydrated
was reading an old cookbook that was like put breadcrumbs in ur eggs and i was like ew i would never but mb i just shld
i understand that my opportunity to choose not only that i eat but how i eat is a massive privilege that i don't take lightly... sorting thru the morality programming of "health", "necessity", "pleasure"
