Has anyone else ever received cannabis with a compromised seal?

Opened the box & noticed the excise stamp was taped down from underneath... strange

Screwed the top off to find the seal was half open...

Wtf should I do with 15g that might have been tampered with?

Called the number on the box & a polite staff member @redecanca put me at ease.

Double sided tape is used to affix excise stamp. The seal break happens when pushed down too hard to open container. They're aware of issue, and they assured me the product was not tampered with.

If you see the "twirl" on the metal seal it's a sign it was original sealed, makes sense.
