Melissa Barton-Schmitt was arrested in Stuart, Florida. Police say she took a walk through Downtown Stuart and was live on Facebook discussing the fact she was recently tested for COVID-19 and didn't have the results yet. She is charged with violation of the executive order.
Stuart Police also charged her with disorderly conduct because they say she became agitated and caused a disturbance when they responded. She also discussed on Facebook live how she thought her test would be positive, police say.
