Some of the ideas:
Look at how gates are managed, if they're a major point of concern.

Work with the councils bordering the park to improve temporary bike parking, and to improve how we inform people of changes and rules
Consider a different level of restriction, like one way, or perhaps work with volunteers to limit total numbers at one time.
Consider restrictions on (for example) the Tamsin Trail, to provide clearer separatation opportunities ...
It could be one or two of these ideas, a combination, or variations on each, but we stand ready to work with @theroyalparks to try to find a solution here.
