As someone who has been a landlord I get tired of listening to other landlords talk about how the vast majority of landlords are great landlords and we shouldn't pass laws or executive orders. You can say that about any profession, we pass laws to stop the bad actors.

These evictions during a pandemic are case in point. Like my colleague @NebraskaMegan, I am watching who is continuing to proceed with evictions, and we are going to have a chat when the legislature is back in session.
