...on the expectation that the federal government will twiddle its thumbs, make no effort to deal with national supply problems and proclaim that a pandemic is a hoax, not invoke supply act, do FUCKING NOTHING to prepare.

Oh, and it should have these 10X supplies on hand even...

...though they have to remain sterile and cannot just lie around for years on end, OR all 50 states have to compete with each other to force the industry to increase its production 500x actual need BEFORE there is an outbreak to a point where the companies will have to build...

...new facilities - temporarily of course - because once those 500x needed demand is all stored up in the warehouses - with no pandemic - the demand will drop to normal.

OR we could have a real president who does his FUCKING JOB and stops watching TV and tweeting all day...
