1/ For everyone still trying to figure out how to exercise without Barry’s, Equinox or your favorite local gym, I present to you: The 34 lb Workout.
2/ Start by finding something around your home that weighs between 25 and 40 lbs. Any nearby toddler should do.
3/ I like to begin my workout with 20 bench presses. 34 lbs is light for bench pressing, so this is a good warm up.

Make sure to rotate your weight 180° after 10 reps since, unlike stardard weights, most toddlers are top-heavy.
4/ Follow that up with 20 two-arm bicep curls. Toddler weights can be squirmy, so be careful that they don’t slip.
5/ Next, we move on to single-arm presses - 10 on each arm.

Squishy bellies make for good grips!
6/ After that, it’s 10-12 two-arm tricep extensions.
7/ Last up for arms: 10 single-arm bicep curls on each side.
8/ If you’re one of those people who enjoys getting hit in the abs with a medicine ball, you’ll love the “34 lb toddler jumps up-and-down on your stomach” exercise.

(Just make sure you don’t eat lunch beforehand.)
9/ All jokes aside, I’ve been doing this 3-4 times a day for the last week and it’s been a blast! It’s a great workout for me, a fun way to break up the day, and it inevitably ends with a room full of giggles.

Enjoy!
