Back in hs tambay ako ng net 25 madami kasing international shows like gardening, cooking, car review at yung inaabangan ko talaga yung DW News (german news channel). I am a solid kapamilya back then from pre noon time show

hanggang late teleserye (except yung anime slot ng gma). Bata palang ako mahilig na ko manood ng news idk pero parang kulang yung araw ko pag hindi ako naka nood ng news. Since na hook ako sa net25 at nakita yung

difference ng reporting ng DW News compared to TV Patrol, sa DW news highlight yung important news like economy, local current event, politics, world news and all, while TV Patrol yung balitang tabloid ang datingan.

Pero yung tumatak talaga sa isipan ko yung time na election campaign ng Germany ang sabi ko “Ang weird ng political system nila” parties yung naglalaban not the personality. That time chancellor si Gerhard Shoder aiming for re-election through

his political party (SPD) and yung rival party was (CDU) led by Angela Merkel and many more. That time hindi pa uso ang internet, may internet pero sobrang mahal wala pang Wikipedia to verify yung important detail.

To cut the story short sobrang napaisip ako kung sa Pilipinas mukha/apelyido/fame ng isang politician ang batayan ng isang kandidato sobrang iba sa Germany, walang epal na mukha ng politico just political party.

Platform ng party ang batayan ng tao sa pagpili ng iboboto (although ganun din sa atin?) walang personality-based like Miss U. I am not familiar with German politics or the type of government they have

at that time and still ang dami pa ding gray area sa isip ko up to this moment. Gusto ko malaman how their government works since Germany comprises of independent German states pre-world war.

The reason for this thread is that the current political system of the Philippines is not working.

Why?

1. It promotes political dynasties from highest post down to barangay chair belongs to same clan. Hindi mo napapansin same names from patriarch down to apo sa tuhod not to mention they take turns.
