Some advice on this note. Here's how I'm dealing with weekly "OMG GOD WHAT IS MY BODY DOING" feelings ... https://twitter.com/lizzieohreally/status/1245719909323223045
When you feel terror that you might be slipping into COVID symptoms ... first try:

Taking whatever meds/interventions would help fix alternate explanations for those symptoms. Have you had allergy meds? Caffeine? Water? A nap?
Next: Think about whether the things you're feeling actually match common COVID symptoms. Watery, itchy eyes aren't a common symptom. Ditto phlegmyness. (To my most recent knowledge.)
Third: Take a minute. Sit quietly with your body and get in touch with what it's actually feeling. More than once I've done that and been like "Oh. I'm just tired."
Fourth: Just wait. I know this isn't super comforting, but like, get the extra sleep if you can manage it and see how you're feeling in the morning. I've had days where my body was freaking me out but they seldom last beyond a day.
For some people, it will end up being COVID. But go through these steps first. For your mental health. Hope that helps.
