Two women in Canada were murdered by their intimate partners who then died by suicide this week. One was a 41-year-old woman in Sundre, Alberta. We have to talk about the connection between social isolation and men's violence against women. https://calgary.ctvnews.ca/rcmp-investigate-apparent-murder-suicide-in-sundre-1.4875784
The second femicide/suicide was of a 33-year-old woman by her partner in Brockville, Ontario. They had a 13-month old baby who was physically unharmed. I hope both women's families have loads of support and care around them. This is devastating news. https://ottawacitizen.com/news/murder-suicide-suspected-in-richards-st-deaths/
