If you need help and are not sure who to call, the following guidelines have been put together by Liz which we are pleased to share...

If you are isolated and need shopping or medication please call East Grinstead Town Council on 01342 323636 and press option 1 (open 9am to 4pm). You will get to speak to a volunteer who will get you what you need. These are East Grinstead Action Group Volunteers.

If you are really struggling and are an elderly or vulnerable person on your own with no help, you can call The West Sussex Hub for West Sussex County Council. They will talk with you to assess your needs. Please keep this line for those most at risk. 03302 227980.
