The current new york music scene is so interesting...NY went from doing fresh gangster ballers, champagne and lifestyle to hardcore murder music and gang affiliation with dance moves(their version of drill)

Theres actually currently a whole street war going on NY Crips & Bloods coming together forming a set known as “Woo’s”(Pop smoke & Bobby Shmurder part of it) vs Cho’s who are NY Gangster disciples with a few bloods and crips.

The beef has been running for almost 10 years and it started as a rap beef and has since escalated into the streets and diss tracks which result in muders

But what I found cool is that they took UK drill beats & the drill style which originates from your (chief keefs & Lil Durks )& made their own shit + the dance moves now,as a religious hiphop follower this is really an interesting phase to watch.

I just wish niggaz would stop killing eachother so we could get more music and they actually boom e.g Pop Smoke R.I.P but I guess they really live what they rap about.

Hopefully they will stop the gangster shit and we get more Wooo walks & Pop Smokes
