Here is my dream tool to communicate people's research, that I hope will come into existence with this pandemics.
1. Researchers would record their presentation (3 preferable durations: 5', 20', 60') at home or at a seminar, in a format that contains both slides and video. 1/n
2. A platform would gather recorded presentations and link them to the papers.
3. People could comment / ask a question on either the whole presentation or paper or at a specific slide / moment in the video or at a specific paragraph in the paper. 2/n
4. People could upvote/downvote comments as well as replies. Authors would be notified of comments and their replies would appear on top of the discussion. They could also reply to several comments at once. 3/n
5. We could link this (hopefully free) software to Zotero and the like to add private (personal or group) notes and tags on each paper / presentation, and easily save all the presentation one has seen. 4/n
6. Presentations could be broadcast live, and commented live even when they are not broadcast (people would then have to specify the slide on which they comment, even if slides not yet uploaded). The upvotes/downvotes could help choose the question asked at end of talk. 6/n
7. All features should be available in a mobile version.

=> Any other idea of feature? Anyone to develop this app?
