@AirFranceFR must be the most INCOMPETENT airline service in the world. It's been 2 weeks now that @airfrance lost 3 of our bags(they managed to deliver the 2nd one yesterday). I must put complaints up here daily because it seems like nobody at @AirFranceFR replies or takes 1/
/our situation seriously. I am spending a considerably amount of time daily contacting @AirFranceFR baggage department and offering them advice on how to forward my baggage as they do not seem to be competent or interested in doing their job. I find this highly unacceptable 2/

/ company are absolutely appalling. I will be updating ever day from now on this thread until anyone at @AirFranceFR @airfrance have the courtesy to respond and take responsability and do their job. If anyone from @AirFranceFR can help me please get in touch.
