For those asking I'll be making up a recipe based on episode 2 bread recipe in Jamie Oliver's show. I'll be adding an egg and some left over custard because I have those things https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/category/books/keep-cooking-and-carry-on/#
Gonna roll it out thin then slather it with custard and cinnamon. Roll it up in a sossidge. Chop into 8ths. Like a tear & share.
I'll let you know how it turns out.

In my oven this took 40 minutes but keep an eye on it because it'll burn if not watched like a hawk.
Forgot to mention I dusted it with cinnamon too. It's alright. Bit bland if I'm honest. Needed the sugar on top too. Maybe some other mystery ingredient eg icing
