It's a joy to be in Aotearoa, even during lockdown. I have a vital question, though: what do you do with all the Feijoa fruit? There's so much of it here. We have a four year old to keep busy, so we would be able to build a Leaning Tower of Feijoa, or make eg Feijoa cakes.
And "we cut it in half, scoop it out and eat it" is not an acceptable answer. We've been doing that, but the sheer quantity of Feijoa here is defeating us.
