But srsly, I firmly believe that it may be difficult, but it is possible. Sabi nga nila "Pag may sinat ang "Imperial" Manila, may trangkaso ang buong Pilipinas." Blame it to the centralized ecomomic and political power of our great political leaders. Anyway here are my thoughts:
1. Let& #39;s fix Manila first to return our economy to normal and to support the rest of the nation. Para magsilabasan na rin ang mga pulitiko sa lungga nila. But how?
2. We only have 16 LGUs in Metro Manila, we are in state of calamity as declared by Duterte and his cohort. Technically, mayors should be reporting to him.
3. Get the blueprints of the successful mayors, wag silang pulitikahin dahil hindi kapartido para lang sa ambisyon ni Bong Go.
4. Talk to Vico, Binay and Gatchalian, pano maayos ang Pasig, Makati and Valenzuela. No, it& #39;s not about the city funds, Valenzuela for one is not rich. QC and Taguig are rich but they cannot manage it well.
5. Daily checklist reporting of the blueprint directly to the president (hindi to ang time na patalsikin si Duterte, not this time) or to the task force. I repeat 16 LGUs lang to.
6. If the checklist is not met, check why, help the LGU to address their opportunities. Set aside differences and political colors, pumasok ang national government pag di na kaya ng LGU para magbigay ng ayuda, one by one per city.
By then, Metro Manila will be controlled, soon enough we can start operating normally via partial ECQ lifting. Partially, the biggest part of our economy is working.
Then let& #39;s fix the rest of the country. By then, we already have a working model hindi yung para tayong naging bulag dahil di lang natin makita ang kalaban.
Not to mention the biggest and more sophisticated hospitals are in Manila. They can now start helping the provincial hospitals because they already have time and resources.
Hindi yung mananakot ka sa press con mo tapos Tigilan din ang #WeHealAsOne sa baba na recovered cases, sino niloloko nyo, let& #39;s change it to #WeProtectAll.
