Not all countries are capable to do the mass testings, and not all infected people show symptomps. If the country only did testing to people with symptomps, there& #39;s so much positive people left undetected.

Indonesia has 157 death cases regarding covid-19. So if we multpily by 100, we got 15,700 positive cases.
And Malaysia has 50 death cases, so it should be 5,000 positive cases, but the recorded cases is only 3,116. That& #39;s why in the news it said Malaysia isn& #39;t do enough testing.
