People always say like "Why go pay for college if youre just gonna skip your classes?" And I think it really boils down to this. Theres a reason I dont skip Japanese if I can avoid it, and its because attending that class is absolutely necessary for me to learn the language.
If I was to skip that class, I'll be behind and won't learn the material as well if I just went and studied from the book. And then theres my course on Excel. This course is at 10am and he uploads every powerpoint online (which clearly tells you every function of excel).
If I skip this class, it just means that I have to go, at my own pace and leisure, go over the powerpoints and do the work which was already meant to be done at home. Oh no, whatever will I do. So you're telling me that if I skip that class,
I dont have to wake up early and can have the same experience I would have in the class, with no penalty? Nice. I gain nothing extra from being in that class, and honestly if I'm paying thousands just to take a course on Microsoft Excel,
Which could be explained easily through a series of powerpoints, it sounds like it was a scam to begin with. Anyways, skip classes, who cares, college is a scam, YOLO but unironically in the year 2020
