Really not sure if y’all read this because people are using the link to answer the #NasaanAng275Billion question. I’ve read this several times and it is a breakdown and plan for reallocated funds from the 2019 and 2020 budgets. The emergency funds aren’t mentioned afaik.

What I’m saying is: this is useful information and it’s nice to know we have at least a plan so far (kahit mej late na po). Buuut #NasaanAng275Billion ? Bakit kinailangan ang emergency powers? Loads of questions pa rin. This is a start but we need total transparency.

Unless, you know... the money mentioned here is from mixed sources (aka the past budgets and the emergency funds). Even then, the govt should make an effort to release CLEAR breakdowns. Keep them accountable.

Hindi dahil wala pa po akong nakitang verifiable source nito. Maaari po bang humingi ng credible resource for this? Hindi po facebook post na may picture ng printed documents o pdf na kung sino lang ang nag upload. Would really appreciate it!
