I’ve been vegan for just over 3 months now and honestly it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I suffered badly with IBS for about 10 years and since cutting out meat & dairy I haven’t had any symptoms. Here are some of the dishes I’ve made and tried over the last 3 months
