So for those of you working at home, I guess like me the novelty has worn off. Here's a few things that might help...

1. Try and keep a routine. Get up and washed and put clothes on before work. Routine helps keep a feeling of normality.
2. If you can separate at work and home areas. I work from my kitchen table. Don't work from bed in your night clothes, that won't help your head.
3. I work in IT and have a daily call with the team at 9.05. If you don't have that driver to sort your morning, maybe put that in with colleagues.
4. It can be difficult to concentrate. Try and break tasks down and take breaks. Don't expect your brain to work at 100% at the moment and especially not all day every day, try and work in 40 min chunks if you can.
5. Related, don't forget to eat and drink. Keep hydrated and have lunch, try and get out and take a walk if you can. Keep it healthy and avoid the snacks if you can.
6. Mind your work setup and RSI and back problems. Talk to your work if suffering they may be able to get you a better chair and equipment.
Hope some of that helps for what it's worth!
