At Lindenbrau in Grafenberg they use sachets, which is a disgrace, but that cutlery pot deserves respect

Sometimes you get pre-plated mustard. Better then sachets, worse then pots. This is Staffelberg in Bad Staffelstein
Zoiglstube seem reliant on sachets which is both understandable given they’re not open much, and disappointing given how much of their appeal is based on rustic simplicity. An exception is Wolfadl in Falkenberg, where it’s pre-plated. An impressive heap o’ senf
