I'm concerned #SARSCoV2 #COVID19 is a much more pro-thombotic virus/condition than we presently realize. @ASH_hematology currently recommends only prophy doses of anticoagulation in most pts. I predict that in time we learn many of the deaths, maybe most, are due to clots.
