It doesn’t on first blush appear that Clark broke the rules as he stayed relatively local (2.3km.) But some have been warning against any mountain biking as you could injure yourself and require help.

Clark said this incident has acted as “a reminder to me to think carefully about how best to fit some exercise into my new-normal routine."
