1 None of us understand why big names like Ricardinho are even thinking about moving to France. Both Morenin & Lluis Bernat coached there as late as 2 years ago & I myself have been visiting.1/x

2: Dusan Matic (1 of Europe's best GK coaches) cited the need for qualified GK coaches in every team. Having a qualified GK coach shouldn’t be a luxury. 2/x

You don’t hire just anybody to coach the outfield players. Why have an unqualified coach or no coach at all for the goalkeepers?

3: Principal problem in futsal “developing countries” is a lack of information, courses & quality coaches for improving player/team quality. 3/x

4: The players need to realize that they have to act and play and live as professionals - even though they are mostly amateurs or semi-professionals. Otherwise they will not be pushing themselves to the limit and therefore not developing. 4/4
