@bigbasket_com Dear team, it& #39;s regarding my daily subscription of mil packets from your big basket daily team. It has been almost 10 days or so, we are not receiving our orders. We have connected Help desk and assured for the resumption but all in vain.
Your team daily delivers the milk in my society but we& #39;re yet not receiving our orders. We appreciate your efforts in lockdown but when all the services are resumed from last 4 days after @CPPuneCity orders, it is wrong on your part not to deliver essentials
We see that amount gets deducted and only when we somehow connect with Helpdesk, they refund it with apologies and assurance of not repetining the same. In case if you are not able to deliver, you should at least give prior intimation to your customer. Highly disappointed
