Dear @IndiGo6E & @Cleartrip when I logged on indigo website to cancel my booking, why all my bookings were cancelled automatically & the credit which I was suppose to get full refund is showing half of the amount. Please respond.b

Dear Indigo team, my original booking price of ticket was Rs.79266 for 9 people from Delhi to bbsr on 14th April. As ur flights r cancelled & it's lock down, so we can't travel. Why do u deduct almost of half ( Rs.37854) of the amount & not transferring full credit? @MoCA_GoI

Dear Indigo, I have two more bookings aswell. So in total I spent over 1 lakhs in 3 bookings. Instead of full credit why do you deduct half of the amount? I am ok to get credit & travel before 31 Dec 2020. But I need all my full amount. Can't afford this big losse. @MoCA_GoI
