I mentioned the "Tent City" at Florence North - here are the conditions on 3/12/20, the morning after a thunderstorm. The plastic tarps are trying to keep rain from leaking on ppls' beds. Note there's no social distancing b/n those beds

I eagerly await Director Shinn & his family checking into one of these Arizona prisons so they can live at what he thinks are some of the safest locations in Arizona as COVID-19 rampages across the country and the state.
