I don't know who needs to hear this but you don't have to make sourdough from scratch just because you're stuck at home.

Here's some easier (and sugar free) recipes that are amazing and won't cost you two months of your life to get right. (Thread)
This one is more effort. If you're suddenly feeling the need to make your own bread, this might help. Believe the temperature requirements! Cold butter, ice water. I've done this one without a food processor; not for the faint of heart. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/chicken-pot-pie-recipe-2014304.amp

Oh hey, maybe some need general tips. My boyfriend cursed his steel skillet the first time he cooked chicken in it. It stuck like hell.

Any pot can be nonstick. All you need is:

1. Warmth
2. Dryness
3. Oil
When cooking proteins, the pot or pan should oiled well, be hotter than you think (nearly to the smoking point), and the meat should be warm and DRY. You don't need Teflon or a seasoned cast iron, just any old pot. 😋
If you put cold or wet meat in a pan, it will stick so badly that it will fall apart.
Another! Loaded baked potato! Max and I do two potatoes and a whole pound of bacon. Wash the potatoes' skin and salt it. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes, then test by sticking a chopstick or spoon into the middle. Code another 10-15 minutes if not soft enough to eat.
Serve with shredded cheddar, chives, sour cream, jalapenos, whatever else.
