I tried to ignore the Kpop fans today, LORD KNOWS I TRIED, but some of y'all are so damn disgusting it horrifies me how you people will throw away your morals on here. This isn't a matter of fanwars anymore, this is something much bigger now.
I've seen Kpop fans cap for racists, homophobes, and even n/azis, as long as those people are hopping on the BTS h/ate bandwagon, so even though I'm not surprised, I'm incredibly disappointed and just furious that I even have to say what I'm about to say.
Tw// death threats

For anyone asking about context, in 2015, BTS had to cancel a concert partway through due to death threats made towards Namj00n online. All activities scheduled afterwards were also cancelled.
"What does this have to do with today?" you might wonder. Some other twitter accounts who were affiliated with the original perpetrator brought the incident up again and were laughing about and calling the one who made the threats "iconic" and the incident a "cultural reset".
ARMYs found out and managed to track down the person making light of it and not only contacted the police, but also the university that she attends so she can face proper consequences, but OF COURSE, Kpop fans have to be mad at everything, don't they?
I find it so fcking funny, SO FCKING FUNNY, that Kpop fans are accusing ARMYs of going too far and contacting the appropriate people about the situation. Making jokes about death threats should NEVER be funny. EVER.
The OP who did it went on private and left an apology in their bio (whether you want to accept it or not is up to you), but as for the other Kpop fans who were capping for her, fck y'all. Fck EVERY SINGLE ONE OF Y'ALL.
Y'all call us bullies when one person calls your fave a flop. You get upset when ARMYs brag about achievements. Y'all even managed to get mad at us for merely charting BTS' music. But when we wanted someone dealt with for laughing at threats, suddenly "it was just a joke".
Nah, fck y'all. It was not "just a joke." Because I know damn well if the same thing happened to one of your faves and you saw an ARMY joking about it, you'd never let us live it down. 20k, 30k, even 50k liked tweets would probably circulate the Kpop community, demonizing ARMYs.
Y'all are so used to normalizing not only cyberbullying but literal threats that you cannot possibly fathom that you can actually get into serious trouble. The internet does not make you invincible and y'all shouldn't have to get into trouble to get that through your head.
Welcome to the real world where your actions have real consequences! If you make insensitive jokes online and your school or your job finds out about what you did, you can get into some deep sht. That's the way life works!
Y'all think you're safe because you hide behind the pfps of your lil Kpop boys and Kpop girls, but anonymity has never stopped this fandom from rightfully putting someone on blast.
And to the Kpop fans who accused ARMYs of d0xxing the OP, they didn't. Her profile and the name of her uni were all public information that could have been accessed by literally anyone. There was no invasion of privacy at all, so stop lying through your teeth for her.
And the worst part of it all are the Kpop fans who tried to justify them joking about the incident because they said "nobody got hurt". Are you KIDDING me???
Nobody was physically damaged, but people were sure as hell emotionally damaged. So fcking WHAT if the sh00ting didn't really happen? The people who were there that day were scared out of their minds.
So not only did the perpetrator manage to get a whole concert + fanmeet cancelled, but they managed to emotionally damage thousands of fans and also jeapodize the safety of the members themselves. And Kpop fans said that nobody got hurt???
Can you even imagine the fear the members must have gone through that day, leaving the venue fully believing that not just their fans, but their OWN lives were at risk? And y'all think because J00n is still alive today that it's not that serious?
Y'all Kpop fans piss me off so much. And even still after this, most ARMYs would never ever make fun of a situation like this if it ever happened to another group, because we're not the problematic fandom y'all think we are.
Now that the OP y'all were capping for issued an apology, I hope that really just gives you a wakeup call to understand how stupid and morally-deficient some of y'all are. The way y'all act on here sickens me, and I hope to God that y'all really reflect on yourselves as people.
This is the first and last time I will talk about this. As usual, Kpop fans continue to disappoint me every day. It just shows you how low the bar really is on here and how y'all will literally jump through hoops for ANYONE as long as it's against BTS. Y'all can fck off now.
