Since we’re all stuck in our homes, I’m gonna ask y’all a random question each night.

#1 - What’s an opinion you’ve expressed that received a much stronger reaction than you ever anticipated?

I was once admonished for saying I have no desire to ever go on a cruise.

#5 - What are some foods that you can put away forever without getting full? I can eat satsumas and fried chicken as long as they’re in front of me.

Related: pretty sure I could take down a whole box of Zebra Cakes or oatmeal pies right now.

#6 - If you had the opportunity to live somewhere other than where you’re at right now, where would it be and why?

I’ve always got moving home to New Orleans in the back of my mind, but other than that I’d say Charleston or out west near the Rockies.

#2 - what’s your biggest hobby, and what’s your most memorable moment from it?

For me it’s cooking, and the proudest I’ve ever been was when @BillyGomila, myself, and a few others made 10 gallons of gumbo on a whim for a cookoff and did pretty okay for our first time.

#4 - What is the one career path you’d love to pursue outside of what your currently do? I wish I could open a restaurant or do something else that’s food-adjacent.

#8 - What’s your favorite place you’ve traveled to and why?

To me, Venice is one of the most incredible cities in the world because its beauty is only equaled by how unique it is, and it’s surreal to walk in a city with no cars + only foot traffic.
