They just let a bunch of people off of a ship here in San Diego where passengers and crew had tested positive. No testing upon disembarkment. Everyone just dispersed to further spread the disease. Shameful.

To be clear, I agree they should be allowed to disembark. Just place folks in quarantine and test before allowing everyone to scatter to the four winds. Right??
