Happy to report that we’ve developed a 3-D printed mask. Passed N95 equivalent fit-test with Bitrex (surgical wrap as filter, readily available). Wearable all day. Mask can be resterilized/reused. Nylon-12. Thanks to @Intermountain3D for co-development. #COVID19 #PPE
Credit to Dr. Bruce Spiess from @UFHealth for Halyard H600 two-ply spun polypropylene filter idea. Works great in our testing with no shortage.
Please refer to our website for all details, including a link to a mask that can be printed on filament printers. Also includes order details. https://www.intermountain3d.com/covid-respirators.html
