Any school leaders out there asking staff to fill out daily reports on what they've done to account for working hours? I'd love to hear your rationale - do you not trust your staff or is it that you fear DfE or Ofsted will hold you to account for home learning in the Pandemic?

I'm hearing of a fair few who are asking for this or similar. Some of them are leaders In have great respect for. So it's a genuine question because to me it seems unhelpful and unnecessary but perhaps there's some reason I haven't spotted. Unlikely to help morale though.
