I'm gonna go ahead and claim this title because quite honestly I don't think it's a thing...until now. So here goes.

and I just laugh. There's no 1 element that makes my tuna salad the best tuna salad.

It's a medley of steps, perfected over time and now thrown together not with a recipe card, but with the confidence and experience of a #Tunasaladboss.

But I can highlight a few of the magical parts that make my tuna salad the best tuna salad.

Toast. Gotta have toast. And it should be wonder bread but any enriched white will work.

Then the toast gets a brushing of garlic butter and then a slice of processed American.

The tuna salad itself must be an albacore (cuz we fancy) and it must be in water.
You can use that pouch tuna from Starkist if ya wanna feel like a space man but I prefer the can.

drain/dap with a paper towel. Ya want it dry. Then pepper and garlic the F out of that tuna.

Then ya go with a yellow mustard and a mayo. Those are not secret. Just the base.

I will give you one secret that makes my Tuna Salad better than your Tuna salad.......Hot Giardiniera!
