My 5-year-old is determined to "solve the Coronavirus problem," so she figured she'd start by documenting everything she knows about it so far:
1. It gets people sick
2. It spreads
3. Spikes are like keys (to let it into people's cells)
4. It has spikes
5-year-old is done with dinner and back at work on a solution for the Coronavirus. She started with a general equation (Coronavirus + unhappy people + cure = happy people).
Next in 5-year-old's effort to solve the Coronavirus, making a series of plans to test.

Plan A: make something to scare the virus when it's not looking

Plan B: make the scary thing get bigger and then scare the virus

Plan C: make a virus that can hurt the virus but not humans
5-year-old is hard at work again this morning trying to solve the Coronavirus. Today's observation: "If we don't do anything to stop it, it could keep going to infinity. But if we do something about it, then it'll stop at a number."
