Gardner Minshew rookie thread:
1st / 10 to open the drive after a KC TD. Minshew keeps an eye on the deep safety, who drives on the Over route and gives Minshew green light to throw Post. Minshew realizes he can't step up, so he snaps everything through back leg/hip. Good ball.

Right as Minshew is about to throw, it looks like he's going to hitch up to drive this one down the field. Realizes in the moment that KC's blitzer is pushing his desired launch point, so he re-settles his feet to snap his hips real quick. That's a tough adjustment.
Ball still dies out a little bit at the end, but that's probably to be expected from Minshew. Good play regardless.
3rd / 3. Jags run curls across the board w/ 7-man pass pro. Minshew starts left to the iso WR, but as soon as his back foot hits top of drop back and he knows he isn't throwing rn, he transitions the other way to the slot WR. Turns/resets/throws in one swift motion. Sharp.
1. Catches snap
2. Back foot on last step hits, can see his head already starting to turn the other way
3. Full eyes / feet transition to field slot WR
4. Ball is coming out in unison with WR turning around
