My amendment 53 passes. Muirburning season will come to an immediate halt once Queen signs Coronavirus (Scotland) Bill. Otherwise could continue to 30 april under s.23 of Hill Farming Act 1946. Fire risk in Scotland VERY HIGH in coming week.
